I got 3 notices of approval on screen and by email. Sent in all my information. Then got a call that said I was denied because I don't own anything. Loan was for $4,000 -- 24% interest -- $157/month. Full time employed and paying on time for 3+ years. Obviously a self-serving company with no interest in serving the community and locals when they need it. Don't bother.
The process of obtaining this loan was positive and smooth. The lending agent was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, yet personal and supportive.
Jenny (Oxford location) started out nice but ended up being rude and unprofessional. Zach ended up stepping in and helping me and was nice as well as apologetic.
