Fran and rest of staff are very caring and pleasant. I have had courteous service every visit and highly recommend for your direct deposits and check cash needs. Upon a visit today though NICK - the cashier with a red curly fro- had ignorantly stated that I was not to loiter outside a financial institution ! To my defense it was 9:57am and they open at 10am!!! They must of recently changed hrs frim 9am! Then he charged me 10% fee when all others charged 3%- not looking to return
Open sign is on. Door is locked ..... Sat here for 20 min so far. Give em 1/2 HR ... Several people waiting ... At this point. Well that's three customers lost. I have always had a good experience in the past.. Over 1/2 HR guess I need to find another place.

What is the point of being opened till 8? The manager who needed to 'approve' my transaction (cash a personal check) only worked till 7pm. I walked in 6:55 just my luck time ran out
