We we're just there and the lady said my 16 years old account was all good to go no more late fees he paid them got home and they took 12 more dollars from him! !!Switching banks! !
As my friends brother was in there trying to get a loan as my friend, her baby and I admired the lobby and all the free things they had to offer. They have a change counting machine I thought was nice. They have free water, lollipops, pens, piggy banks and even dog biscuits for your pet dog. This bank certainly knows how to cater !!
Staff does not have a clue what they are doing. As a business owner, my experience will not bring me back to this branch and has me rethinking banking with them on a personal and business level.
