I went to pay my loan had to pay it by 3 pm got there at 3:02 just for them to tell me i was too late and had to wait the 3 cool off days to borrow again. Which is really a week of waiting because they don't count the weekends which is crazy because they're open on sat. And the banks dont even close until 4 or even 5 pm so I don't understand why you have to pay them by 3 pm. I've been coming here for years and they do nothing for returning customers. At the end of the day we keep them in business. They should have been able to accommodate that day. Obviously people need extra money sometimes. If they have all proper paperwork. It should never be that hard.
If there was a way to give negative stars i would have. They sent me back and forth to print stuff out that they each time made up I needed Each time was something completely different whether its to much paper work for them to give you a loan or its coming out of their pockets i havent figured it out yet but no one seems to be on the same page there They definitely make up there own policy per person that comes in I am highly dissapointed with the way i was treated

They told me no one in Pennsylvania can cash a post dated check but I know several places that do. They are liars and have terrible customer service
