Stopped in with my mother-in-law who uses this bank. Manager and teller were the friendliest customer service reps I've EVER experienced! I asked them some questions about fees and deposits and both were overly helpful. I'll definitely be opening an account here.
I had an issue with my account and the staff were very helpful in reaching a resolution. I was expecting much more of a hassle but they were completely helpful.
It was a wrong choice picking this bank, my card got hacked and lost 300 at that same walmart there and I submitted a fraud form but do to me having my card on me at the time and how close i live to the store I was denied my money back, they also charge way to many over draft fees and have the insane monthly service charges. Horrible service
This bank use to be great with friendly tellers and always enjoyed going there til recently. They must be getting desperate for workers? I don't know but I now go to another branch,because the service is awful at this one.
Siphoned money from my account with fee after fee and were never up front about it. Never banking Woodforest again. Also, not equipped with overdraft protection.
