This bank offers great customer service. All of the tellers are considerate and attentive to detail. I just wish they would offer better interest rates. But they do meet needs for fee free checking and savings accounts.
Based on the line, I’m guessing they were giving away free money. Unfortunately, I had too much and wanted to make a deposit. Rather than spend an hour standing in line, I decided to use the ATM, but it wouldn’t accept deposits. Thankfully, it’s only money and not something you want available in a timely manner.
Everyone but the manager is good. He is very condescending. I told him I wanted to open a business account to sell on Amazon and he rolled his eyes at me started asking me what am I going to be selling in a very rude way like he knows more about selling on Amazon than I do. He then continued to run me around in circles without asking my name or how much cash I was putting into the account. I was prepared to deposit 20k into a business account and he ran me off. Go somewhere else he is very disrespectful especially if he thinks hes better than you.

I can NEVER get through the drive thru in a timely manner. I have several banks I use and this by far is the worst with customer service done in a timely fashion.
