I wasn't very happy with my last loan process. Although the loan was approved and the paperwork process has been streamlined, I felt like I was lied to. At first, I was pre-approved for a 15% interest loan. Then, on the phone, I was told that it was 16%. Then, while filling out the paperwork, it caught my eye that the interest rate was now 16.24%. I was told that the increase was because the payment date had changed, but that seems like a LIE to me. Changing the payment date might change the first payment amount, but NOT the interest rate. I was ready to just walk out, but at that point, I was too far into the process and I decided to just 'eat' the higher cost of the loan. If it happens again - if I get another loan from them - they've lost a multiple-loan (5??) customer.
The guys at the mckees rocks location near Robinson were Awesome. Very nice people that explained everything to me and got me the loan i needed. Jake was Awesome!
Very rude people in this branch and not worth the headache. would not recommend this company to anyone! go elsewhere.
The rep I spoke with on the phone was very condescending. I've fallen on hard times and the rep spoke to me with an attitude and seemed to treat me like I'm some sort of bum. Will not try getting a loan with this servicer again in the future.
