In the Lower Burrell office, Ashley and Kim are always wonderful to work with....kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have been going there for years to consolidate and help rebuild my credit...5+ stars!!!
Employees are rude, inconsiderate of others time, and did not adequately explain or provide documentation for the additional services purchased for my loan. Insisted I come in and that there was time to complete loan paperwork, then rushed me out the door at 7pm ON THE DOT because they were closing and the loan was not completed. This left both the man at the dealership waiting after hours completely disrespectful to both my own time and his. I told them MULTIPLE TIMES that if they couldn't complete it that day if come in the next day. They insisted I come the same day and then acted like I was the problem when I was incredulous when they kicked me out the INSTANT the clock hit 7pm. I would not recommend onemain to ANYONE not even someone I dislike.
Kierra was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, helped my loan be approved all in one day. Kierra is very professional, and has a wonderful friendly personality. She certainly is a people person, you did well when you hired her.

I've been using them for years when emergency money has been needed fast. The staff for the most part has always been courteous, barring 1 "mis-communication" that happened years ago. When you get a loan, it's not the greatest rate, but approval process was fast and easy, so works out great in a pinch. Now, I'm financially fine, but I would definitely consider One Main in the future if I needed money in an emergency.
