Just cancelled my bank account. NEVER go to @NWSB for your banking needs. They provide no security when it comes to strangers accessing your bank information. Instead I got a representative with an attitude. All 3 accounts are now CLOSED.
We use this bank exclusively. The tellers are very kind and greet you by name. I have had a couple minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally.
Never had an issue with customer service. All the tellers are awesome. We do all our personal and business banking at this location, because they have earned our business.
