This place will rob you blind. Stay away.
Tellers are nice, the bankitself is garbage. You have to re-sign in for everything that you may want to do at the atm. I watched my father use faster MAC machines in the early 90's when the tech was new. 9/10 reccomend using a better bank.
Women at the front desk ( blonde hair ) was very rude. She made it seem like it was a problem to take care of me & get what I need . People like this shouldn't be hired at a bank or anywhere. Terrible experience.
I dealt with a huge headache of a situation due to an error from my Pay Pal account that was linked with my First National Bank account. I have nothing but high praise for the customer service I received. Khalique and Jennifer were both very helpful in rectifying the situation when Pay Pal wanted nothing more than to read me a script from their "customer service department."
