I would not have chosen this business had I known the terrible service I would recieve after I signed the papers. Of course the man helping us was all too helpful and efficient with all our needs up to the point when they got our money and didn't care about customer service anymore. They left us in utter confusion at their process for using our escrow to pay our taxes and the man who said to 'reach out any time' literally just never answered our calls and emails. I had to call the office and finally found someone else to answer my questions days later. All that to say, my experience was that they will bend over backward to get you to sign away hundreds of thousands to them, and once they recieve their comission, they are of little to no help.
