I had a certified fraud account with the proof that someone took money from my account without my consent and this people told me that all they can do is return the money from 3 months bc is their policy when it was running for up to 6. Make sure to get a bank that really care about you’re money not their absurd policy.
This bank should not be 4.9. People Ben so rude to me sents I Ben going to this bank And they took all my money!! every time I get paid or if try save they just keep taking it out!. If anyone read this please report this there a SCAM in this bank or hacker!!! be careful.
Belco as a whole is 5 of 5 stars, however the S. Duke Branch has a teller whose"bedside manner" needs a ton of real time interpersonal work.
Beautiful place clean respectful very helpful
Poor service.You go to this bank and the tellers are so slow.. Takes forever and if you try the drive-thru is even worse.
