i Got a lone several years ago and paid it off. I put our car up for the loan, Fast forward to today, went to trade the car in and realize I never got the title back from Penndot. I now have to run around and pay the $53.00 to get a new title from Penndot because this office refused to help me get it. I paid off my loan, early at that. I for fulled my end of the contract, this branch fail to hold there end up of the contract.
