That great courteous sweet kind lady named Donna was so helpful today she cashed my check no problem I had never been there before and she took such nice care of me she’s a great worker by that woman a beer or glass of wine for me I showing her videos of kids smashing my Christmas decorations that way she knows who posted this .Thanks Donna have a safe and happy New Years

I received a check through my retirement fund. I needed the cash, on hand, right away so I did not want to place it in my bank. At first, I went to the location in Morton, on 420. I walked in, to see a woman behind the counter, just glaring at me. (Now, this is my first time ever, walking into a check cashing place) I was already a little anxious, and to add to it, I had a very unpleasant woman who was about to wait on me. I slid my check under the glass, to only get a response of “ Wait, where do you even work. What’s this check for ? We can’t cash this here, I already called someone earlier. You have to go to the bank who wrote the check. “ The closest bank that wrote the check is all the way out in King of Prussia. I was feeling pretty bummed. That experience was not as easy as advertised on their site. I drove to folcroft because I knew I’ve seen a check cashing place. I figured this would be my last shot at cashing it before I had to figure out what to do. I pulled up not even realizing they were another US check cashing location, and immediately was bummed, but figured what the hell, I’d give it one more shot. Your employee Donna was sitting behind the glass, and was extremely approachable, and made me feel comfortable instantly. When I say Donna took care of me and had cash in my hand within 8 mins, I am not even joking. She was absolutely phenomenal. She called the bank where my check was cut from, to have them just confirm that they did write this check and yes the money was legit. That was it. A thirty second phone call that the other woman was to lazy to do. Donna is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. She’s phenomenal and I will be back. But only to this location! Thanks again Donna. You saved the day to say the least :)

Excellent customer service. The lady ( neglected to get her name) went above and beyond to help me.

The staff is quick and efficient. They are always pleasant and personable to customers.

Employee very rude pulled up next to me and started screaming I was in her parking spot and I needed to move so she could park when the lot was full of spots, terrifying my children and went to open store up. your employees are the face of your store very unprofessional and unwelcoming. i took my business elsewhere because of this employees should not be harassing customers.
