I'm not sure what Ms. Price is talking about, but the branch I use in Emmaus is top notch. Someone is always at the front to greet me with a smile. There are enclosed areas to discuss financial matters privately, and the staff is AMAZING. I couldn't be happier with this beautiful location....
I like the look and color if the building and the bank has been nice. They use new technology which is very nice for someone as young as me.
Unfortunately, the open floor plan is very cold and offers no privacy to discuss finances. I was so excited to see my credit union pop in my neighborhood, but the employees do not make you feel welcome or valued as a member. Such a disappointment.
Never have I experienced such blatant racism such as how this bank’s employees express it. Employees are much kinder and helpful at the Allentown location.
