Customer service representative is incompetent!! I would not give any stars if I could. She was incompetent more than once!! Go to another branch!!
Hours stink, I would suggest a Monday and Friday for late hours. It's difficult to deposit a check I cannot get direct deposit for.
I had an issue with fraud on my account and they took care of it right away. Very friendly and helpful people!
I would never use them again. I had a student loan from them and it was a hassle for payments, online services were not used and I wasnt able to chagne my address without visiting a branch. Customer service was a joke.
