Be careful I got a counterfeit $100 bill from them. Wouldn't accept responsibility for it and blew me off. Should never happen from a place that you trust your money with.
Friendly staff at the East Stroudsburg branch. Was a way better place when it was Valor Credit Union.
Decent service, but anything debit card related is gonna be a long painful experience. They cancel debit cards without warning, forget to send your new cards, and ALWAYS send the wrong pin number with new cards. Prepare for a hassle every time. I've gone a week without food due to their incompetence.

Worst bank ever. They can't even get direct deposits right. They are very good at giving excuses though. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
