Horrible bank! Lied to me and my husband about a mortgage. Told us to apply for a home line equity and build our credit then we could do a regular mortgage in 1 year. Time comes to make the changes and oh, they never said that. So now stuck with a home line equity at a ridiculous rate. Hate this bank with a passion! Numerous times they've lost my money and even more times they have been totally ignorant! Never using this bank ever again.
Absolutely terrible credit union. Supposedly they sent me a "dormant account" letter back in September. Never received any such letter. They proceeded to steal $5 from my account each month, for 3 months straight. Then when I closed the account a few days ago, they took another $5 before sending me my check for the remaining balance. Steer clear of this "financial institution". Crooks.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would ' This used to be a very good bank with great service . Now in the past year the service is -1
