Very bad service..women dnt knw how to treat peoples.....
All but one of their employees are courteous and never had a problem counting money. There is a woman who works here that has a habit of trying to pocket money or just really doesn't know how to count. On 3 separate occasions, first was my stepfather for $100 which he caught and they gave it back, second was 4 months ago appx. for $20 that my mom realized and the lady (i won't mention any names" said, "oh I'm sorry", and gave it to her. But now today- my mom was in a rush and put the money in her purse, zippered it up and came right home because I had to leave. She counted her money in the driveway before she came in the house crying that she has to go back because the lady shorted her $100. To end this story, I spoke to the GM and he said there isn't anything they can do but count the drawer at the end of the day and see. Well I'm sure you can guess I got a call from lady who said she counted the drawer and it was not over. I told her that I appreciate the call but that this is a pattern as this is the third time now that she was off on the money. She proceeded to yell at me and told me my stepfather isn't even in their system and "I don't even know who he is but he isn't a customer here". (he pays ALL of his bills through there via money order- he's old school that way so he has records) I will be looking into what steps I can further take to resolve this problem with their one store associate as well as their GM. They have cute things in here but count your money BEFORE you leave the store.
