I can't believe u said u don't sell gift cards. I was there and got a black card from you the girl took my information which took so long I asked if I could use it right away u said yes. 10 minutes later I tried to pay a bill tried 4x to pay bill each time cost me a dollar I was four dollars short I tried calling u back and no answer. it finally did work so what did u sell me if it was not a gift card the girl said it was like a visa card

Went in last week to cash in some gold but was told their weight machine to do it was broken,fast forward to today. Go in to do the same thing,a different lady tells me we're not doing it today cause the weight machine is still broken,so I said oh ok then she says yea we're not doing it anymore. So which is it? If their not doing it anymore or the machine is broken there should be a sign up stating so.
