Wish I could give negative stars. Avoid at all cost. No one wants to actually do their job. Took over 3 weeks to be told I need such and such paperwork. No one knows who does what or whose job that is. Absolutely ridiculous.. Run the other way. Go anywhere but here.
Is it possible to give less than one star? It always blows my mind when places like Regency offer to help and “try to work with you” but when it comes down to it...they don’t give a damn about helping people anymore than any bank.
Completely unprofessional. Called me looking for payment and mad comments how they "looked at my credit report and saw I made a new car purchase" and asked if that was why I haven't made my scheduled payment. I will be reporting this behavior.
Based off of a used car loan I received I would say the service is average. They aren't technologically up-to-date so all payments have to be mailed or delivered. I payed off my loan with a check and they told me that they would sit on the check for 20 days to verify it doesn't bounce even though they transfered the funds in a few days. So it's going to be over a month before I get the title in the mail. However, the people are very friendly and easy to speak to.
Received a loan way to high of interest rate , would never do this again .shop around theirs a lot of better offers out their didn’t realize it at the time big mistake.
