I worked with Crystal and she was outstanding in her efforts to meet my loan needs. She explained every aspect of the loan and the repayment aspect. She treated me with great respect as well as a warm and friendly approach. I would go both place else for any loan need. It was a great experience an this was my second loan transaction with this branch and person. Both times I felt good about the loan process and very satisfied with the outcome and the way I was treated.
if I could give them less I would ! It pops up constantly that I'm pre approved and when I fill out the paper work I get denied! I have decent credit, obviously I have 4 credit cards with excellent payment history and I make more than enough income wise to pay it back . I was only trying to get 2000 to pay off credit cards. Unrealistic qualifications that need to be met for a small loan !! This place is a joke and the people are beyond rude . I'll never try and or recommend anyone to try here for a loan... ever

Worst experience I had when applying for a small loan! Unrealiable, did not return phone calls, in personable, too high of demands when requesting to borrow a small loan in the amount of $3500.00. They also had unrealistic borrowing criteria for a high interest rate Loan office. I went to One Main in Tyrone and was approved with no hassle in thirty minutes! Thank you One Main!
