Not sure if it’s this location specific but when I did a loan through their office at dorneyville it was done within half a day. Unfortunately my brothers application was somehow assigned to this one and they’ve made it the most horrible experience for him being his first time. We provided the information needed and was told we would get a call back but nothing, had to call in 3-4 times for them to finally tell us again the same info instead of calling us. I’ve worked in finance before and if your hungry enough for a sale then you go after it, they don’t seem as eager to do so.
My initial loan was through the Bethlehem office, the staff over there is courteous and very professional. As for this office i can’t say the same. I was preapproved for an additional $1500 i needed for an emergency, i went through the phone interview process, i was told by the woman i spoke to I’ll call you back with an answer. Still no call back, it’s been 5 days i logged into my account to see a denial msg. At least call and let the customer know the final decision.

Awful, I paid my loan off and I am still being harassed by their headquarters. they call frequently and daily. I will never do business with them again.
