Horrible customer service. Was in to fix my account on a friday and told i need to make an apt for that monday. When i showed up for my apt i was told i needed to come back later because they were short staffed and she needed to help the customers in line. No apology or even an attempt to help me. The male teller seemed to not know what he was doing. The place is very old and dingy looking. Customers have no idea where to stand and make their own line since there is no clear place to stand. Horrible customer service! Will not be returning!
Is ok so far but new members have a 30 day probation period where all checks deposited are held for 7 days. Kinda bull
Friendly and quick service. The only negative is that when you are leave you can only turn one way out of the parking lot and that's not the way I want to go.
