My experience with Advance America 21st Sheridan location was phenomenal, so kind, knowledgeable, simple, fast and funny. All staff were awesome down to earth and professional I felt comfortable bringing ease to a frustrating situation. Stephanie, the manager and all of the staff have been so kind. The have rules to follow, and they know them well enough to help in situations. Very professional and friendly.
Me and my fiancee have went to this location one time before today to pay a gas bill . Today he went in to pay an electric bill and I was on video call with him and heard their whole conversation. It was a cutoff notice and she pretty much refused to take the money. She told him it takes three days to process. (Which we knew that because of the first time we went) and he told her that was fine that we can tell them and give them the reference number. (What we also did the first time) and she tried to tell us we haven't been there before. I know for a fact it was that location because it is walking distance from my house. She was extremely rude. Will never go back and if you need to go somewhere to pay your bill I suggest another location. Which sucks because it is so close.
