I called when I knew I would be late. (on a Mon.) My payment was due on Wednesday and I wanted them to know I couldn't pay till Friday (pay day). Her response was, "I'll do it this one time but you'll need to plan on paying on time in the future". Not "thank you for calling and letting us know, we'll see you then". I had never been late before and was calling to let them know. I was very offended and after I made my payment I asked to be removed from the call and mailing list. I told them that I felt it was rude and it would have been different had I always been late, or had not called to let them know. No one even apologized for how I felt. I told them that I won't be renewing or coming back to that place. I make all my payments over the phone now. I also advised them that I never got my title back. Legally they can't just hold my title while I have a loan. The explanation they gave me was a BS one. I have to give the one star so this will post but wouldn't even do that if it were an option. Very unprofessional!!!
I did business with this company many times in the past. Recently I needed 2 additional day to pay I wasnt given the time needed. The new manager is rude and unprofessional. I will be paying this debt off as soon as possible and will never us them again. DO NOT USE RED RIVER CREDIT!
The manager at this place is so rude. Do not get a loan here. There are many places in town that treat you with respect. This place starts harassing even when just a few days past due and treats you like you are subhuman. Never go here!!!
