Never go through this place if you need a loan. I ended up in the hospital and out of work for weeks, and they refused to work with me. Even after calling them right out of the hospital to explain what was going on. Instead they harassed me and my family relentlessly for their money. Showing up to our houses and places of work. Threatening to garnish my paycheck or send it to collections after falling behind just one payment. I will tell everyone I meet to never set foot inside this place. They have been nothing but rude to me and my aunt who just happens to have a loan at the same place. And attempting to bully her into giving them money on my behalf. I am very few payments away from finishing my loan agreement, and after I’m done I will never speak to these people again.
This place is an absolute joke. I originally started a loan that the total ending balance would be $800. When I went in to make the 4th payment they told me I could take $40 and my contract wouldn’t change. Come to find out just for taking that $40 I have to pay an extra $300!!! Total ripoff.
I would never reccomend this place to anyone. They refuse to work with you, they will find you and your family and constantly harass them, even showing up to your work. And this happens multiple times a day, after just one missed payment due to a medical emergency. They don’t care about you at all. And there are plenty of pay day advance loans similar to this place that charges half the interest.
The employees here are down and out rude, disrespectful and condescending. They act like they are the mafia and they want you to kiss their shoe to get a loan. The manager there, "Jennifer" needs to take some customer service classes because she gets an F in that department. NEVER, ever go here to get a loan! I will never do business with them again. They are super rude! DO not go there!
So rude and harassing ,will NEVER recommend them for a loan.
