I was with a company I really liked. They were nice and I never had to wait. They were close to my job and I would go there on my lunch. Then this monstrosity took over and now they are far away. They will not even help me to set up my payments online. I set up mine with no problem but they refuse to put my husband on with me so I can pay his online as well. They tell me I have to call it in every time. What a hassle. Then they sent me a letter that I am preapproved for renewal/upgrade. I take the letter in on my lunch and after sitting and waiting 5 to 10 minutes I'm told I have to go through a complete new application. Ugh!!! What a hassle !

By no means do I want to impair this particular World Finance Branch's solid reviews, and I indeed think it is apparent they are managed by someone extremely effective working with those in the Poor to Fair credit range, as I have been (yet I did get a bump over the last 3-4 months from 575 to 640, however I was shocked to see a 40 point drop recently...) --". ****Here's what made my 1st Loan or account relationship, you name it, prior mortgages, credit cards, heck, even utility bills in more than 53 years feel like it was a personal attack: -- ***DID SHE REALLY HAVE TO GO EXTREME KNOWING THE EMBARRASSMENT & SHAME FROM REFERENCES THAT WOULD OR, EXCUSE ME COULD OCCUR? SIMPLY FEELS A TAD PERSONAL I GUESS? -- -- 7/6/19 REPLY TO OWNER FROM INVITE TO CALL: --Well Mr owner, (must be new, the reputable Ken whom everyone including myself, endorsed with appraisal numerous times conducting a rather tough job I presume)..may I call you that, since you oddly didn't reveal your name...odd to me anyway..perhaps its normal procedure for all I know: I just returned from taking the Family & n kids on a rare & pleasant Vacation & had planned on returning your invitation to call to wrap this up & correct any $$ in arrears. --1st I must say that if I were one to applaud vindictive , personal attack behavavior, I'd have to give your Branch the top prize. You screwed my life up rather quick following my past review, which had no intent at being negative; simply confused about behavior of collections' Personnel. **But I knew I was taking a risk by sharing with you that I have been extremely diligent in life not to pay even 1 Credit card nor Installment account past due or over 30....ever..YET, I REALLY DIDN'T EXPECT YOU TO DO WHAT YOU DID..MR. OWNER, EVIDENTLY YOU OR SOMEONE FROM WORLD WITH DISCRETION CONTACTED EVERY FICO AGENCY AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD, RUINING MY PERFECT PAY RECORD FOR LIFE. SADLY MR. OWNER, THIS IMPACTS INNOCENT FAMILY/KIDS: **2 things occurred by your vindictive unprofessional behavior(even T-Union, E-Fax, and Exp ALL claimed you didn't have to report that return payment, since it was the bank's fault & one seriously wondered following these Google reviews why you didn't just realize the correction was being taken care of... #1- My family & I were due to close on a dream house near a great school for my gifted daughter this week and your disturbing attack on my record dropped my FICO score 61 points overnight!!! NO DREAM HOUSE. (what the heck is wrong with you people at WorldWide ..truly?) (who does that to somebody? you knew what would happen...you know much more than I about the computer reaction of FICO than 99% apparently of the public including myself, & I was a Financial Advisor with both Merrill Lynch plus Morgan Stanley..yeah, if you wanted to hurt me for the prior review...well Kudus for inflicting some pain) #2- I will now have to spend several productive hours to claim Disputes to remove what you did ...if I even can...This didn't have to happen.. Yes, this is a sad indictment on YOUR PREDATORY STYLE OF LENDING AT WORLDWIDE & I KNEW IF I DISCLOSED MY PERFECT RECORD OF NEVER HAVING A LATE, OVER 30 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT ON ANY CARD OR LOAN THROUGHOUT LIFE THAT I WAS TAKING A RISK AS TO THE CHARACTER OF THE PERSON, OR OWNER IT APPEARS..SAYS ANYWAY ON THE GOOGLE PUBLIC REPLY. **After all the destruction that your firm was able to cause, I'm still going to humbly ask that you assist me in helping to remove what your firm did the 2nd I opened the door.
