If your a place of business then u should have good customer service skills and treat your customers with respect and dignity and yesterday i was lied to and led to believe I could renew my loan for only 7 cents and then to find out they charged my bank card with out authorization for $94.90 and a fake apology by the manger at empire finale was pretty disappointing to listen to on the phone and it could take 2 weeks to get the money back on your account but you still have to pay the amount of $94.90 when your company made the mistake and didn’t seem to care what I had to say so I don’t recommend them to anyone and after I pay them off I won’t use them ever again.
Came through for me when I was in a bind. The staff treats me great.
