Don't even have the energy to explain. When you parents say dont get a loan, they are talking about this place. Worst experience ever. Keep receipts, know your balance, they will lie. Really its just the manager everyone else is at least professional.
Really like this company. Had a friend come here who was going through a really hard time and didn’t know how he was gone make it through. He said the manager there was very understanding of his situation and tried to her best ability to get him the help he needed. Couldn’t really remember her name. Said it was either Tracy or Terisa. Would recommend this company to anyone!
This place is horrible!!! I gave it a one Star because I had to in order to put a review not because I wanted to give them a star. WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU!!! If you have to go to court with them you will NOT get notified of a court date so you can work something out with them. I will NEVER EVER send someone to them. I regret doing any business with them on and by the way if you don't take my advice or anyone else that has put a one Star at least do yourself a favor and save ALL your receipts from them.
I was a returning customer and fell on a financial hardship. After explaining my situation and keeping in consistent contact the employees and Allie have repeatedly called my job and me. According to Allie on 10/18/2017 these are the rules implemented. I find that hard to believe as I deal with 8 other loan companies here in Muskogee as well and none I mean none have taken this approach. I will never recommend nor do business with this company again.
I've been a customer of redriver 3 or 4 years. Feel on hard times (Homeless) and attempted to turn over my collateral for loan. Treasea or how ever you spell her name. Refused to except it or give me the number to corprate office. I wanted corprates number because she said this was their policy and desicion. I told her not to play games. She asked me " who are you for me to have to play games with" i guess im nobody to these people and you would likely be considered nobody also. This was very insulting to me. I told her she was rude so she told me i was rude and hung up on me. I have nowhere to keep this vehicle and can't get loan value from the sale of it so redriver needs to come get it. I tried to get a release to scrap it i would give them the money i would receive to bring the loan current. When i suggested this they said they couldnt. They suggested i find a scrap yard that would except the vehicle without the title. If you sale a mortgage property I'm pretty sure its a felony. Not aresonable option. Ive tryed everything i could to keep in good standings.
