Read all your paperwork before signing! Look at how much interest you will be paying before signing. I won’t ever use them again Lords will. Highest interest rate in the world. Nice people! But the company is just ridiculous on interest. They can help you get a loan without the hassles. If you have decent credit I don’t think you should be charged a high interest rate.
The loan application process and typical interaction with this branch was great. Problems began when I tried to pay off the account early. I first made a payoff over the phone from my bank account. They used old account information; I had deleted this account 6 months earlier. A week later, the payment was returned as that bank account was closed. I was not informed about this until I received a statement showing an outstanding balance. I had to call them to find this out. I then made a payment using my debit card. This was a fiasco too, the payment cleared an I received a transaction confirmation. 2 weds later, still showing a balance. I had to call back again, only to be told they had no record of the payment. I had to send them everything to prove that they had received the payment. Finally, I find that because of their error, I still owe interest from the time the first payment was made to the second payment. They are unable to work with me a the local level and I need to wait until someone in "regional" can make a decision. They were great up until the pay off. I don't know why it should be this difficult. I know they want to make as much as possible, but this is ridiculous.
Very frustrated...I have called 4 different times today and left 3 messages...NO ONE EVER RETURNED CALLS OR EVER PICKED UP. NO OTHER OPTIONS EVER PROMPTED ON ANSWERING SERVICE. So they are also only open m-f so being able to contact in person on a Saturday is put of the question. I need important information from this institute regarding a paid lien on a title AND CANNOT SEEM TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. BAD SERVICE for a company that makes bank on interest.
I went in today to pay my loan off in full, there were three ladies there working. The first lady offered to help me, when she told me it was going to be more than what my balance on my bill showed I was upset that they were going to charge me the full amount of Interest even though I was paying my bill off early then she turns around and gets onto a phone call with a different person while I'm still sitting at her desk. When I stand up and ask the other two ladies if they're willing to help me the first lady gives me a dirty look. That is very poor customer service and very rude. I did not recommend this company to anybody and advise you to go somewhere else. I will never do business with them again if this is how they treat their customers.
Everything went smooth after internet came back on line. Was in and out in about 45 minutes and had my money in my account the next morning. I would go to them again if I needed more money.
