Needing to know if the hours have changed....its past 1030 and no one is here... 3 customers have been sitting outside for over 30 min. And the sign says open if they leave they should put the closed sign up and a sign on the door to say the time they will return....this is very bad for business
I had a loan with Sun Loans at a different location I paid it off and I was a little late paying off the loan, but I did pay it off. So I called yesterday about reloaning so a lady anwserd the phone. She asked me if I had loan with themI told her yes at a different location she then took down all my information she asked me if it was okay that she checked my credit I told her that was okay. I called about 10:30am. She told me would get back with me shortly....that never happened I ended up calling back three times and still got treated like a merry-go-round. It's been a while 24 hours with no response. That's not the way you do business. I think Im entitled to a YES or NO. Thats not good business. I see why your review s aren't
Never had a problem with them. Chris is a very friendly person. Only thing bad I would have to say is they changed employees on me and I miss those guys. Been there about 3 years, able to get a loan when I needed it.
Had loan thru them lost my job and had to miss payment. The next month when I got my first check at my new job I payed them off. Then a month later I needed some extra money so i asked them for a loan. The manger told me NO cause i missed a payment . I reminded him i lost my job but as soon as I got the check from new job I payed the loan off. He said yeah but you missed a payment so i dont want to take a chance on you. I said wow even though you got paid off. He said yes and hung the phone up. Please never go there.
Dont give anyone a chance to get there credit up.
