Absolutely did not like the whole process, uploaded my documents during the week, went into the office on a friday with my 8 yr old daughter that I picked up from school, spent over an hour doing absolutely nothing. Finally, when my daughter was tired, hungry and fussy they came to go over the contract, we didnt go through it thoroughly because of the long wait. Told them to send the contract to my email so I can go over it on the weekend, did not happened sent 2 emails with my pin number (what am I suppose to do with that), sent them an email stating I did not want the credit insurance policy which Ive discussed with the manager, went in on monday after work to sign papers to opt out of it only to find out that they only cancelled one of the insurances, apparently there were multiple insurances which werent disclosed to me 3 days ago i details about said insurance, sent another email about thr error of bot cancelling the whole insurance, no response since. Overall, very very bad experience.

I called today no answer so I left voicemail this morning & have not been called back... called again this afternoon still no answer left voicemail again. Each time I call I did mention I am calling regarding my payment this month. Not sure if it's because of new name but when it was Springleaf the ladies always answered the telephone and returned my calls.
