Evidently Cindy has not spoken to you all the way she did me and a lady i also know. She is very rude and will not let you finish a sentence while threatening you about you late fee or account. Oh and she calls your refrences when your two days late if you have not called them. People get busy and cant always call right away or answer a call. There is no need for her hatefulness or rudeness . She wont let you finish what you are saying just tells you what you are going to do!! If you want to keep customers then this company needs to put Cindys attitude in check . She is very unprofessional . Oh and you can not legally call a persons job and say you are from a loan company and that the person you are calling for has not made their payment and they better call or you taking them to court.. You have to call their boss or human resources not just tell any random person who answers the phone. Which she has done also.
