I got Pre-Approved for these guys on CreditKarma. I thought I'd take the chance to catch up on some bills. I put in an app and called, they told me I was approved for 1500 or 4200. I got them a copy of everything they asked for and waited all day to hear back, She asked me to stop in later if I had a chance. When I came through the door no one even greeted me, One employee named "Trey" I believe it was just stared at me with this less then friendly look, Finally a woman from the back said something. I told her who I was and that Gabby asked me to stop by. She directed me to Gabby' s desk. I Tell her who i am, She then proceeds to tell me "They disapproved you" I ask "What do you mean, You called me earlier two different times telling me i was approved? How did I get disapproved all of the sudden?" Litterly she had no helpful answers for me. This place is unprofessional They don't make you feel welcomed at all and they lie. I don't appreciate them wasting my time. I would never suggest anyone go there.
Said I was pre approved then backed out, don't go here
