The process was easy and the Ladies in the office have been very kind. I had bank issues when my loan was due and they really worked with me.
Worst place ever don’t understand why I would need a phone to be in my name in order to get a loan when I’m saying that I live with my wife so there is no need for me to have a cell phone in my name whether I pick up the phone or my wife you can simply ask for me. Weird policies sounded more like the lady on the phone didn’t want to help. She was already rude when she called me must have started with a bad day not a reason to carry it in to me when I’m imply being nice and following her instructions. Some people I tell you will say anything so they don’t have to do there job. Do not go here unless you want poor customer service.
I love the girls here! They are so nice and helpful. They really do care.
Lady just hung up on me after she said she couldn't here me, and that was with in literally 5 secs on the phone! Smh not going here.
