I have no complaints about this establishment, they are very kind and willing to work with their customers. They are have a very calm tone when communicating and help find ways to keep up with payments.
I would give zero stars if available. They give you the option to pay over the phone but always have "system issues" and have to run the card multiple times just for it to go through. Very rude staff. Especially marinol. Very unpleasant and uncooperative. The supervisor was not very pleasant either. Adriana apparently always has system errors and there is nothing she can do about it. I don't understand why they even give the option of paying over the phone. I have gotten a loan from them before and it was never like this! If I knew it was going to be such a pain just to pay my bill I would have went somewhere else! Definitely won't be using them again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going to them!!
