Never again! Once my loan is paid off, if I ever need to another one in the near future I will never come back. They called and offered me to borrow what I already paid and at first I passed on it but my college kiddo is in a bind with getting a grant so I called back to give the ok to get the money they said was available to me. They reprocessed my information like it was a new loan even though I have an existing, then turned me down because since my husband pays our mortgage, they need his information before they will lend me the amount. He has nothing to do with my loan. I have paid my loan on time every month and pay more than the minimum payment. To be treated like I am not capable or responsible enough to have that amount added to my current loan as they had planned, is very discriminating to me. I pay my own bills and my husband pays his. Therefore I do not need him to be my co-signer just because he pays the mortgage payment! Waste of my time and not to mention a negative mark on my credit score since they reran my credit once more. I suggest to go down the road from them and do business with the other loan company there in town across from Taco Tico! I hear nothing but great things about the people who work there and how they work with you and treat you like family! That is where I will take my business if I ever need an emergency loan!
Have always worked with me when I had questions or had to pay late. The only issue I ever had is some of the workers just didn't seem friendly in person.
Really would only give them 0 stars if I could. I had a loan but fell on hard times. They ended up garnishing wages but just got a text message stating that I owe $2.89 today but they won't pick up the phone. It just rings and then disconnects. Even the 888 number does the same thing. They will have to eat that bc they should have gotten it all from the garnishment. How unprofessional to not even answer my calls!! Would never recommend them to anyone!
This company literally hounds you multiple times a day when you are 1 DAY past your due date. They never leave a message saying who they are, and are VERY unprofessional. Will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. I have a loan through superior finance and they are amazing, have never had a bad thing to say about them, they are also part of the 21st century and have where you can pay your bill online.
They are very unprofessional they threatened to take me to court and they're telling me about my grandfather's Financial business which they can't do that's illegal and they're trying to get into my personal business with my vehicles and that's none of their business either so I have nothing good to say about this company and I definitely will never tell anybody to go to this place this place don't care if you have hard times
