Lousy, Lousy, Lousy!! I called to get a 10 day pay off for clients that are selling their vehicle to us, they will NOT give us a simple 10 day pay-off and they will not give it to the client. It's a PAY-OFF!!! This is the only lender that gives us a hassle about pay-offs, I have also been on the phone for 22 minutes and NOBODY will answer. Our customer (your customer) does not have a day or two to get the 10 day pay-off and per diem approved by your office and faxed over to us, they want to get rid of their vehicle TODAY!! Terrible Service.

The bank that punishes you for cashing a check at their bank. As a customer have you ever put in a bounced check? No. Then we will make you wait two days for your money.
No ATM earns 4 stars. This Albuquerque transplant specializes in loans and are very helpful with identity theft, fraud and, oh yes, members. I have had many financial questions and issues answered and resolved at US Eagle (formerly US New Mexico). Great for Albuquerque/Santa Fe users.
They charge a $15 "convenience fee" for paying your bill online. Disgustingly greedy.
