Clarissa Miller at the San Mateo branch was so helpful in helping me throughout this process! She took the time to meet with me on several different occasions and explained everything in depth.
Good personable service but becoming more automated. For example, for personal meetings with staff instead of a friendly and helpful person as before, they now have computer sign in. Twice when I needed assistance I had an hour wait. Both individuals in the waiting area disclosed they had been waiting an hour and felt irate. The last time a month ago, I asked a teller to help me with my online account rather than waste another hour.
