I can’t say I would recommend this location ( you can find many other loan and title loans on the same main road ) Office manager is very unprofessional. You can hardly understand what she is saying . Her tone is what turned me off. After my wife pays off this loan we will no longer use Rio Rancho New Mexico title loans. She even asked my wife to leave a review while she printed the check. Reviews are for customers to leave a honest review, not to be backed into a corner to leave one. SHAME on New Mexico Title loans . It’s a huge turn off to ask or beg for them. Our phones are person property and no company should be allowed to asked to see our phones. Kindly reminder that you would appreciate a review but don’t ask for it to be done in front of your staff in store. You definitely lost as customer . I’m talking to my wife about having a different loan company possibly buy this one out and change it over. So we don’t have to deal with this location.
I can’t speak highly enough regarding the customer service I received when getting my loan. This establishment is a joke! They’ll call your phone . No message. I called back from my caller ID and Barbara was zero help ( her tone was very cold and short as well ) . She wouldn’t tell me why she was calling yet she called my phone ( and I called back ) Said it was a personal business matter, I asked to have my name and number removed from her list and she said she couldn’t do that because I was listed as a reference which gave her permission to call. Who is this about ? what is this about? I forgot to mention it took three phone calls to get someone to even answer the phone, as a business that is unacceptable ! Due to the customer service I would find a different establishment to do business with if you don’t want your “references “being harassed . I’ve contacted close family and friends and nobody has used me as a reference for any type of title loan .
