If making a payment, better to do face to face. IF over the phone has issue or not working when trying to make a payment and it says to "try again later" you best get to the store with their money. They don't care if its working or not they will with draw from your checking 3 days later.

I was in awe of the staff at Gallup check n go. The 4 where so busy and had a lobby full of people. They worked as one to get to all of us, well answering the phones.
