Tried going by this bank to deposit a check about 11 minutes before they closed and I rang the doorbell 2 times and saw two women inside laughing and talking with only one car in the drive through. Thought I made it on time to deposit some money but clearly 11 minutes isn’t enough time to deposit a check for these people? Will not bank here.
5 day hold on checks. Been there almost a year and keep saying it's going to get better but its not!!
If I could give it no stars I would. People here are not friendly, you are more like a burden to them. The branch manager is unfeeling and unprofessional when I went with my concerns. Their tellers have no idea what they are doing. I got the name of one of them and they said marlene, this is the WORST one to deal with, no knowledge! Why is she even there? I will let others know that this is not the credit union to go with. I will be going with another credit union.
I have been promised I'd hear from "Heather" the branch manager, for over a week. First, I was told that she would call me back at 5:00 P.M. last Thursday on 5/9 - or the next day Friday, due to "training." Nothing. I finally called back yesterday - about a week later. At 2:35 P.M. they told me she was "at lunch," and would call me back when she got back in. I even white listed her number on my phone. Nothing. I'm still waiting. My spouse and I are looking for another bank. We are very disappointed in U.S. Eagle.
I hate this bank that I currently have. They set daily limits for the amount of spending I can make. I'm high considering changing my bank. I'm not even able to use credit.
