Graciela and my husband made a PERSONAL agreement which resulted in Graciela committing loan fraud. So when I would go into Don Dinero on Coors Blvd SW and make payments Graciela did not post the payments toward the loan. She instead put the money aside and later gave that money (on the down low) to my husband. When I confronted her all she could say is that she was doing what he wanted since it was his loan. I'm sure this would be considered fraud and will be investigating which authority needs to get involved in such corrupt behavior.
Don dinero on 98th and Central had help me out when I needed it the most! they are great and have great customer service Alejandra was always helpful and had great customer service. She always received me with a smile and. Answer all my questions highly recommend
Great customer service, even though I did not get their loan, the staff was super helpful in guiding me on the loan process. I will definitely go back to get the loan , once I'm prepared with docs needed. Really recommend it, very honest and helpful.
