Gerald helped me out today, great guy and made everything fast and easy. I was in and out in one hour (maybe even less). Real friendly and told me everything I had to know. Five stars.
There are some people who are so rude they should not work in positions where they have to interact with the general public, such as the case as this location and gentleman by the name of Guierro R. I have a loan with then, pay my loan every month on time so much so they consider me a "valued customer". Because of him I will NEVER get another loan from this company and will recommend others to go elsewhere.
I'm so happy I visited One Main in Woodbridge! Darielle was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products offered. She was pleasant and guided me on how to manage my account. I'm so grateful to her for her assistance.
Rude customer service . They don’t help at all . I asked for the manager Kim to call me and she never did . The reps are super pushy and will tell you w.e., even lies to get you to do something. Will never do business with them again. Stay away woodbridge community.
Very helpful staff. Always transparent and willing to answer all my questions. Only thing that could improve is the ability to conduct closing business via email. As they do not operate on the weekends it makes it a but difficult to physically come in office for minor things such as change in payment date.
