If I could rate more than 5 stars for Top Vine, I would. My wife and I shopped around for a mortgage (as one should) and were wrestling with a decision between two firms when a friend recommended Top Vine Mortgage Services. So glad she did. After 5 minutes of speaking with Tom, the broker there, our decision was made. Top Vine easily had the most competitive rate, but as if that wasn't enough, their customer service was top-notch too. We got the kind of clear, concise answers to our (numerous) questions that I'd expected from everyone, but only received from the folks at Top Vine. I can't say enough about the team at Top Vine (Tom, Vincent and Donna...you guys rock!), as they were there for us every step of the way. They even sent us a greeting card the other day after we closed on the new house! Bottom line, if you're shopping for a mortgage, definitely give them a call. You'll be glad you did.
