I have been using the services of this branch of the bank for more than five years. Opened a business account past year. Each visit staff is very helpful and friendly. Don't have a single negative experience for all this years.
My husband and his company have been customers of BoA for years. We moved to this area about 2 years ago and find both this branch and the other one near us to be incredibly rude. The manager literally stares you up and down. He does not treat customers fairly. The lady who used to work here was really nice. They changed their people in this branch and honestly these newer people do not have great customer service skills. As I was leaving I asked another patron if she felt these people treat her nicely and fairly. She said that the people working here have changed and it has not been the same since. Really feel stuck.
Great branch. Lines are always short. Service is friendly. I have a small business that handles cash. They are always helpful where other branches don't know their own procedures if you bring in a stack of cash.
Never enough tellers at peak times. Line routinely runs out the door.
I try to do as much online as I possibly can, but when I have a problem this location always fixes it! Just this morning I was arguing on the phone with the corporate HQ about a fraud alert, and they told me my account was already in the process of being closed so there was nothing they could do. But I drove to the branch and Pete got on the phone and fixed it almost immediately! Sometimes things get lost in the cracks with huge institutions, and it's frustrating - but I cannot recommend this local team enough because they know how to patch the cracks right back up!
