I thought they did a good job in making you feel at ease with the loan process.My loan officer explained in detail what I needed to know about my loan and what to expect.
I have a really bad experience with the ladies that work there. The information they have on the account that shows on the website is not the same information they have on my account on their computer. Even the TOTAL AMOUNT WAS DIFFERENT. So I called them to ask about the last payment to be made (2 years with loan there), and they told me the amount that is on the website is not the same as the final balance they have on their system, which I was suppose to call every month and ask for the final amount. So when I was trying to talk to them, they don't let you talk. II'S DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THEM. Not recommend at all use them as a loam company.
