Very useless bank. They service sucks. They are very slow. Not able to help, have pointless service fees, and just not useful in customer service. Only reason they are getting 1 star is becuase thats the lowest Google will allow me to input......i will be cancelling my account with them after 5 years and going to a BETTER FOR USEFUL BANK.
I called, I guess after hours, and someone answered the phone. She cut me off and said they were closed. I thought maybe it was answering service or something and just had a question so I thought she maybe could help. She cut me off before I could even ask if she was answering service, being super rude saying it was after hours... if it was after hours then what was she doing on the phone? Just wondering. Will never use again!
No 24/7 customer service! -Account lockout after-business-hours or on Sunday? -New card problems or problems with debit card pin??? You get 0 customer service until you call their inept customer service reps the next business day! Sleep on the street if traveling and needing to pay for a Hotel room or fuel with this worthless bank.
Hands down the worst bank I ever had to deal with will be leaving very soon and transferring all of my money into my other account it ridiculous how unprofessional they are money will mysteriously go missing and nobody knows why then they try to blame it on previous transactions or you not knowing what’s in your account I’m someone who checks for changes in my account everyday so I know exactly how much I have and when...don’t bother calling customer service because they will put you on hold for the longest time because they want you to hang up
This is an awful bank. They penalized me without notice and charged my account. I will definitely will be leaving this bank very soon.
