I was approved for loan, then advised they transferred my loan to a location 2 hours from where I live. When I called that location they advised me they had no application for me and that the Toms River office still had it. I walked in to the Toms River office for them to admit to my face they got me confused with another applicant, to then have them remove part of my income/employment from my application and proceed to tell me they couldn’t use that employment as my income? I got the run around in every way possible. I applied for an upstart loan and had my money over night. They take my loan payment monthly and there are no issues, unlike this sad excuse of a “company”.
Ronald Goldman was our loan specialist and wow a great guy he is! We had some credit issues and he totally helped us get what we needed to get to a better place financially! God put us there with him at the right time because we didn't have an appointment, my husband and I just walked in looking for some help and that is where Ronald took over!!! Trying to buy a co-op as a primary residence have to pay cash, so I need to borrow about $15,000. So it would have been a total of almost $10,500. !! I had that removed of course. On the plus side, there were no fees and money was in my account within a few hours. Other companies turned me down so I was happy to find one that approved me, but I will pay it off quickly because of the potential risk of losing my car. Mariners gave me $4000. no collateral, all done online, took about 15 minutes, money in my account the next day. Easiest thing I've ever done. I recommend trying them first. Capital One gave me $5000. credit card cash advance with no interest for 15 months.
